Exchange & Return Policy

 

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, you are eligible to request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us
    Email us at elexpert@techelecton.com within 30 days of your purchase. Please include your order number and the reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions
    Our customer service team will respond within 1–2 business days and provide you with the return address and instructions.
  3. Repackage Your Item
    Pack the item securely in the original packaging (if possible). Be sure to include your proof of purchase and any included accessories.
  4. Ship the Package
    Send the item back via your local postal service. Please retain the shipping receipt for tracking purposes.
  5. Submit Your Shipping Receipt
    Email us a clear photo or scan of your shipping receipt. We will initiate your refund or exchange once we receive the returned item.

Important Notes

– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.

– All returned items must be in unused condition.

– We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy.
